血清白细胞介素-35在不同病理类型原发性肝癌中的表达情况比较

Comparison of the expressions of serum interleukin-35 in different pathological types of primary liver cancer

目的比较血清白细胞介素-35(IL-35)在不同病理类型原发性肝癌患者外周血中的表达情况。方法收集广西医科大学第一附属医院肝胆外科2012-01~2013-01经病理确诊的52例肝细胞癌患者,6例肝内胆管细胞癌患者,5例混合型肝癌患者及12例肝良性肿瘤患者(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患者外周血中IL-35表达水平。结果肝细胞癌组、肝内胆管细胞癌组、混合型肝癌组的IL-35的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),肝细胞癌组IL-35的表达水平高于肝内胆管细胞癌组(P<0.05),混合型肝癌组的IL-35的表达水平和肝内胆管细胞癌组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 IL-35在肝细胞癌中呈高表达,IL-35有可能成为区分不同病理类型原发性肝癌的分子标记物。

Objective To compare the expressions of interleukin-35（ IL-35） in peripheral blood of the patients with different pathological types of primary liver cancer. Methods 52 patients with hepatitis B virus（ HBV）associated hepatocellular carcinoma（ HCC） were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2012 to January 2013. 12 patients with benign liver tumors were enrolled as the control group and 6 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma（ ICC） and 5 patients with mixed liver cancer were also enrolled. The expression of IL-35 in plasma was detected by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay（ ELISA） method. Results The expressions of IL-35 were greatly higher in the HCC group,ICC group and mixed liver cancer group compared with those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The expression of IL-35 was greatly higher in the HCC group compared with that in the ICC group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the expression level of IL-35 between the mixed liver cancer group and the ICC group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion IL-35 is highly expressed in HCC,and may be a molecular marker for differentiating the different pathological types of primary liver cancer.
