摘要 为了更好地提高青年教师的教学素质和教学水平,各应用型本科大学在青年教师队伍的建设上投入了大量资源。因此,实施科学有效的青年教师教学素质评价体系势在必行。在传统量化评价的基础上,高校可遵循青年教师成长轨迹,在适应阶段、成长阶段和成熟阶段采用发展性评价体系,以发展的眼光,帮助青年教师不断提高教学素质。 In order to improve the teaching quality and ability ofyoung teachers, application-oriented universities are investinglots of resources to build their young faculties. It's necessary toimplement a scientific and effective teaching evaluation system onyoung faculties. Based on the traditional quantitative evaluationsystem, universities also can consider the young teachers' growthinto teaching evaluation. Application-oriented universities canintroduce the developmental evaluation system to estimate youngteams in different stages, such as adaptive phase, expand stageand maturation phase, which can promote the young teachers toenhance their teaching quality and ability.
