高职院校学生干部是学校中的骨干与优秀人才,加强学生干部队伍的培养与激励工作,可以使学生干部队伍充分发挥作用,完善高职院校学生管理工作。故此,高职院校应当根据学校发展的实际情况,明确高职院校学生干部的特点,采用适宜的方法培养激励高职院校学生干部,使学生干部能够发挥自我管理、自我服务、自我教育的主体作用,积极做好高职院校学生工作,促进高职院校各项工作的稳定发展。本文就高职院校学生干部队伍的培养与激励进行如下论述。

Student cadres are the backbone and excellent talentsin in higher vocational colleges. By strengthening the training andencouragement of the student cadre team, their role can be giveninto full play and student management will be improved in highervocational colleges. Therefore, higher vocational colleges shouldmake clear the characteristics of student cadres in higher voca-tional colleges in accordance with the actual conditions of collegedevelopment, and adopt appropriate methods to train and en-courage student cadres, so that student cadres can play theirsubjective role of self-management, self-service and self-educa-tion. This can make student work more effective in higher voca-tional colleges, and promote the stable development of variouswork in higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses thetraining and encouragement of the student team in higher voca-tional colleges.
