就业危机下大学生心理问题研究分析

Research and Analysis of College Students' Psychological Problems under the Employment Crisis

当前我国高校毕业生规模较大,尤其高校扩招后,大学生就业和再就业问题备受社会关注,成为热点问题。大学生迈向社会是人生的一次重要抉择,不仅关系到其未来发展、家庭幸福和学校办学情况,还跟国家建设相关,是人民群众的切身利益。然而,就业问题带来的压力和挑战,使毕业生心理上有所冲突。目前毕业人数日益剧增,就业难度不断增大,就业竞争激烈,学生心理压力就更大,出现了各种与就业有关的心理问题。

At present, the scale of college students is larger in ourcountry. Especially after the enrollment expansion of colleges, theproblem of college students＇ employment and re-employment hasattracted much attention from the society and become a hot topic.The essence of this problem is that college students move towardssociety is an important choice of their life, not only relates to thefuture development of graduates, family happiness and collegerunning condition, but also relates to the construction of thecountry, it is the vital interests of the people. However, because ofthe pressure and challenge of the employment problem, the grad-uates havea psychological conflict. The number and difficulty ofemployment is increasing now, the competition is fierce, and thepsychological pressure of the students is greater, which leads tothe psychological problems caused by the employment.
