积极心理学融入大学生心理健康教育课程的教学研究 被引量:7

摘要 心理健康教育课程对于普及科学心理健康知识,提升大学生心理品质发挥着不可替代的作用,成为高等院校中普遍开设的心理课程。但这门课程同时也存在着心理问题导向导致的教学目标错位,灌输教育为主导致的学生学习兴趣缺乏以及缺少教学效果的科学评估手段等诸多问题。而将积极心理学融入大学生心理健康教育课程,以培养学生积极人格为首要目标,以学生积极情感体验为主要手段,以完善的课程内容为支撑,将在很大程度上优化心理健康教育课程体系及教学内容,实现由消极传授治疗方法向积极心理体验教学转变。 Psychological health education course plays an irre-placeable role in popularizing the scientific knowledge of psy-chological health and improving the psychological quality of col-lege students, so it has become a psychological course widely es-tablished in colleges and universities. However, there are alsovarious problems in this course, such as the misalignment ofteaching objectives caused by the orientation of psychologicalproblems, the lack of learning interest and the lack of scientificevaluation means for teaching effect caused by cramming educa-tion. Integrating positive psychology into college students' psy-chological health education course to cultivate students' positivepersonality as the primary goal, using students' positive emotionalexperience as the main means, and with improve curriculumcontents as the support, will optimize the course system andteaching content of psychological health education toa large ex-tent, and transform passive teaching methods to positive psycho-logical experience teaching.
