摘要
随着社会各界对心理健康教育的重视,教育部《中小学心理健康教育专职纲要(2012年修订)》提出要"逐步配齐心理健康教育专职教师"。学校在配备专职的教师同时,也逐渐地开始推行心理健康教育课程,这是我们心理健康教育的一大飞跃。但学校的心理健康课还处在初级阶段,没有正规的通用教材,有的学校还没有开设心理健康课;开设课程的学校课时少,接触学生的机会少,只能解决学生存在的表面现象,不能从根本上解决问题。那么如何能最大化地利用好心理健康课的每一节课呢?作为一名心理健康老师,我从三个方面来提出自己粗略的想法:(1)什么是心理健康课;(2)为什么要有心理健康课;(3)如何上好心理健康课。
With the emphasis on mental health education from allwalks of life, the Ministry of Education's "Comprehensive Outlinefor Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(Revised in 2012)" proposes that "full-time mental health edu-cation teachers should be included gradually". Schools are grad-ually embarking on the implementation of mental health educa-tion course while allocating full-time teachers, which isa majorleap in our mental health education. However, mental healthcourse at school is still in its infancy. There are no formal generaltextbooks, and some schools have not set up mental healthcourse; the number of schools offering the course is low, and thereare few opportunities to contact students, so their problems cannot be solved fundamentally. Therefore, this paper discusses howto make the best of each mental health lesson. As a mental healthteacher, the writer presents three tentative ideas (1) What ismental health course? (2) Why should mental health course beopened? (3) How to make the classroom teaching of mental healthcourse effective?
