本文介绍了中国移动在家庭宽带业务领域的发展历程,剖析家庭宽带业务的发展环境及特点。通过分析客户入网时间、入网途径、服务选择等信息,总结家庭宽带业务用户的结构及发展趋势,对比中国移动在家庭宽带业务推广模式上的变化及成效,为未来业务推广提供经验参考。
The paper briefly introduces the development course of China Mobile home broadband service, and analyzes the development environment and characteristics of home broadband service. It summarizes the structure and development trend of home broadband service users by analyzing some statistics about users' access time, access ways and service choices, compares the changes and results of China Mobile home broadband service extending mode, which provides the experience for future service extending.
