复方柳菊胶囊在肺结核治疗中的应用

Therapeutic effect of compound Liuju capsule in the treatment of tuberculosis

目的分析复方柳菊胶囊在肺结核治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2016年3月至2017年4月河北大学附属医院收治的100例肺结核患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例,依据《肺结核诊断和治疗指南》[1],对照组给予2H3R3Z3E3/4H3R3标准四联疗法治疗,治疗组给予标准四联疗法联合复方柳菊胶囊治疗,分别于治疗第一个月末、第二个月末、第三个月末对治疗效果分析。结果对两组患者的第一个月末、第二个月末以及第三个月末的痰菌转阴率对比,治疗组比例明显高于对照组。对照组和治疗组的治疗效果对比,治疗组的总有效率90%,对照组的总有效率为80%。结论对肺结核患者采用标准四联疗法联合复方柳菊胶囊进行治疗,效果突出,复方柳菊胶囊能让患者尽快恢复,毒副作用少,效果突出。

Objective To analyze the application effect of compound Liuju capsule in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods 100 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients from March,2016 to April,2017 in our hospital selected as the research object were divided into control group and treatment group. The patients in the control group were given the regular therapy,the patients in the experimental group were given standard quadruple therapy combined with Liuju capsule for the treatment,the treating effects after the end of treatment were analyzed. Results In the end of the first month,the second and third month,the treating effects concerning with bacteria negative rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the treating effects were prominent. The efficiency of the treatment group was up to 90%,the total effective rate of control group was 80%. Conclusion The treating effects in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated using standard quadruple therapy combined with compound Liuju capsule are prominent,compound Liuju capsule can make patients recover as soon as possible,which has less side effects,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practices.
