肿瘤患者支持/姑息治疗是一项涉及范围广泛、整体、全方位的诊疗体系;成功的支持/姑息治疗贯穿于疾病诊断、治疗、终末期全程以及癌症生存者(包括治疗和康复者)管理等;其在疾病不同阶段目标不同。介绍美国临床肿瘤学会(ASCO)、欧洲肿瘤内科学会(ESMO)、美国国家综合癌症网络(NCCN)等学术组织颁布的多项支持/姑息治疗相关指南重点更新,为中国的肿瘤支持/姑息治疗发展带来全新的思考和借鉴。

Support/palliative care for cancer patients is a wide range of diagnosis and treatment systems. Successful support/palliative care involoves through disease diagnosis,treatment and end-stage throughout,and cancer survivor（ including treatment and disability） management. Support/palliative care in the disease at different stages have different goals. This article introduces American Society of Clinical Oncology（ ASCO）,European Society for Medical Oncology（ ESMO）,The National Comprehensive Cancer Network（ NCCN） academic organization issued a number of key updates support/palliative care related guidelines. These updates will bring new thinking to the development of tumor support/palliative care in China.
