全球痛风临床实践指南的发表和制订现状分析

An Analysis of Current Situation of Global Clinical Practice Guidelines on Gout

痛风是最常见的炎性关节病变之一,我国患病率在1%~3%,且呈现持续上升的趋势。本文系统检索了国内外各大数据库和指南机构网站,搜集和获取全球痛风诊疗临床实践指南,使用描述性统计的方法对痛风指南的发表和制订状况进行分析。我们从指南的发表状况、方法学和推荐意见三方面对痛风指南的现状进行总结,并为临床工作者和相关科研人员使用和评价指南提供了一些建议和注意事项。

Gout is one of the most common inflammatory arthropathies. The prevalence of gout was about 1%-3% in China, and still keeps increasing. This article systematically searched relevant databases and guideline websites at home and abroad to collect and retrieve clinical practice guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of gout. The methods of descriptive statistics were used to analyze the status of guideline publication and development in gout. We summarized the global gout guidelines from three aspects of guideline publication, methodology and recommendations. In addition, we also provided some advice and notes for clinicians and relevant researchers on how to use and review guidelines.
