不同剂量腺苷蛋氨酸治疗病毒性肝炎前后CRP和GM-CSF水平变化及意义 被引量:1

Changes and Significance of GM-CSF and CRP Levels Before and after Different Doses of Adenosylmethionine in the Treatment of Viral Hepatitis

摘要 目的:探讨不同剂量腺苷蛋氨酸对病毒性肝炎CRP和GM-CSF水平影响及临床效果。方法:选取2016年5月—2017年5月我院收治的96例病毒性肝炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为高剂量组和低剂量组,各48例,低剂量组给予腺苷蛋氨酸1000mg进行治疗,高剂量组给予腺苷蛋氨酸2000mg进行治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后CRP和GM-CSF水平、肝功能以及用药安全性。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者CRP和GM-CSF水平均明显降低,其中高剂量组CRP和GM-CSF水平明显低于低剂量组,差异显著(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后2组患者ALT、AST、GGT以及ALP水平均明显降低,其中高剂量组下降程度明显优于低剂量组,差异显著(P<0.05);2组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论:不同剂量的腺苷蛋氨酸均可改善患者CRP和GM-CSF水平,但是大剂量的腺苷蛋氨酸治疗病毒性肝炎比小剂量效果更明显,可提高临床效果且安全可行。 Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of adenosylmethionine on the levels of GM-CSF and CRP in viral hepatitis and their clinical effects. Methods: 96 patients with viral hepatitis treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects and were randomly divided into 48 cases of high dose group and low dose group. The low dose group was treated with adenosine methionine 1000 mg, and the high dose group was treated with adenosine methionine 2000 mg. The levels of CRP and GM-CSF, liver function and medication safety were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, the level of CRP and GM-CSF decreased significantly in the two groups after treatment, of which the level of CRP and GM-CSF in the high dose group was significantly lower than that in the low dose group(P〈0.05). Compared with the treatment before treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, GGT and ALP decreased significantly in the two groups after the treatment, of which the level of the high dose group decreased. The difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05), and no obvious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion: The level of GM-CSF and CRP can be improved by different doses of adenosine methionine, but the treatment of viral hepatitis with large dose of adenosine methionine is more obvious than the small dose, and it is safe and feasible to improve the clinical effect.
