对警务技战术基础课程改革的思考——以北京警察学院为例

Reflections on the Reform of the Basic Courses of Police Skills and Tactics in Beijing Police College

警务技战术教学是提高学生一线实战执法能力的重要环节,教学质量的优劣与学生从警后自身防护的能力息息相关。因此,应针对目前警务技战术教学中的不足,改革现有警务技战术的教学内容与训练模式,从执法活动所特有的对抗性特点出发,提高警务技战术教学的实战性而非竞技性。在组织警务技战术基础课程教学时,针对执法时警察所应具备的技能与战术能力进行综合训练。在教学中注重将法律、法规与实战环境相联系,警务技战术应用的理论与执法活动特点相结合,提高学生的实战意识及现场突发事件的应变处置能力。

The teaching of police skills and tactics is an important link to improve the ability of the actual combat enforcement of the police and the students alike. The quality of the teaching is closely related to the students＇ abilities to protect themselves. Therefore, we should start from the confrontational characteristics of law enforcement activities and reform the teaching content and training mode of the existing police skills and tactics so as to avoid cultivating competition-type students. In organizing the basic course of police skills and tactics, we should enhance the skills and tactical abilities of the police when executing the law. In the teaching, laws and regulations should be combined with the actual combat environment as well as the theory of police technical and tactical application with the characteristics of law enforcement activities. By doing so, the students＇ actual combat consciousness and the ability to deal with the contingency in the field emergencies will be improved.
