阿米替林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of papers focusing on amitriptyline for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的:采用文献计量学的方法分析阿米替林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的研究进展,为临床使用和今后研究提供参考。方法:检索Pub Med、Embase、Science Citation Index(SCI)、CNKI数据库,收集自1973年至2017年9月国内外公开发表的阿米替林治疗PHN的文献,利用End Note软件进行整理,然后对其发表年份、作者、期刊、语言、研究机构、被引频次以及论著的研究内容进行计量分析。结果:经各数据库检索去除重复文献后纳入国内外相关文献共计249篇,其中外文167篇,中文82篇;论著194篇,综述45篇;第一篇相关文献发表于1973年;发表文章最多的第一作者是Bowsher D;发表相关文献最多的期刊是《Pain》;被引频次最高的文献为588次;研究内容主要是阿米替林治疗PHN的作用机制、药物对照试验以及综述的总结。结论:阿米替林治疗PHN有确切的疗效,由于其抗胆碱能作用,临床使用时应慎重选择,尤其对于老年患者。

Objective： To investigate the research status and development of amitriptyline in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia by bibliometric analysis of papers. Methods： Literature were searched in Pub Med, Embase, Science Citation Index, CNKI from 1973 to September 2017. End Note software was used to sort these articles and the bibliometric analysis was carried out in terms of publication year, author, periodicals, language, research institutes, citation frequency and research content, etc. Results：A total of 249 papers were collected in our research, among which there were 167 foreign papers, 82 Chinese papers, 194 original articles and 45 reviews. The first articles were published in 1973. The first author of most papers was Bowsher D. Most papers were published in journal of Pain. The highest quotation times were 588 frequencies. Most researches focused on the mechanism of action of amitriptyline for postherpetic neuralgia, drug-controlled trials and summary of the reviews. Conclusion： Amitriptyline had a definite effect in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Considered its anticholinergic effect, it should be carefully used in clinic, especially for elderly patients.
