现代电磁仿真工具在微波测量实验教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 规则形状微波谐振腔已有一些解析或半解析公式,但随着微波谐振腔腔体三维结构复杂度的提高,电磁仿真工具愈发显示其能力和优势。正确使用电磁仿真工具可以大幅提高研发速度,确保工程设计的一次性成功率。该文选择主流商用三维电磁仿真软件作为微波数字仿真实验平台,针对国防特色真空电子技术专业背景特点,开发了重入式谐振腔综合微波测量教学实验项目。以微波速调管中常用的高频结构重入式谐振腔作为实验对象,重点锻炼了学生微波谐振腔设计、仿真与优化,实物模型调试以及谐振腔主要工作参数测试能力。实践表明,实验教学效果良好。 Regularly shaped microwave resonators have some analytical or semi-analytic formulas. However,as the complexity of the three-dimensional structure of the cavity of the microwave resonator increases,electromagnetic simulation tools increasingly show their capabilities and advantages. The correct use of these tools can greatly improve the speed of research and development,and to ensure the success rate of the project. In this paper,the mainstream commercial 3D electromagnetic simulation software was selected as the microwave digital simulation platform. A high frequency structure of single reentrant cavity in klystron was used as the experimental object,focus on training students the design,simulation and optimization of cavity,the physical model test,the main resonant cavity working parameters testing ability. The experimental teaching has good results.
