基于OBE教学模式的切削力测试开放实验项目设计与实践

摘要 为充分发挥大型仪器设备在本科实验教学环节中的作用,培养和锻炼学生严谨的科学作风,该文通过引入OBE工程教育模式,探索以学习产出为导向的开放实验。结合机械设计制造及其自动化专业的"金属工艺学"课程,设计了切削力测试开放实验,以检测不同环境下影响切削力的因素与解决方案。通过该实验,既能丰富学生的专业知识面,又能培养学生发现问题和解决问题的能力与意识。 In order to take full advantage of large scale instruments and equipments in the applications of undergraduates,experimental teaching,and cultivate and train students,rigorous scientific style,by introducing outcomes based education( OBE) engineering training model,this paper explores the open experiments based on learning outcomes,combined with the "Metal Technology"course in mechanical design,manufacturing and automation field,the cutting force test open experiment was designed to examine the factors that affect in different environments and the solutions. Through this experiment,it can not only surely enrich students',professional knowledge,but also develop students' ability to discover problems and solve problems.
