校企合作共建通信工程专业校内实训基地的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of University-Enterprise Cooperation in Building Communication Engineering Specialty School Training Base

针对通信工程专业的人才培养特点,分别从实践能力培养、职业素养养成、减少经费投入及专业建设等方面分析校企合作下,建设应用型通信工程专业校内实训基地的必要性。以西安欧亚学院的校企合作为例,探讨校内实训基地的建设情况及在课程建设、双师培养、职业认证等方面的实践举措,为同类院校通信工程专业实训基地建设提供参考,以期推动该专业的持续发展。

According to the characteristics of talents training in communications engineering,the necessity of building an on-campus practical training base for applied communication engineering is analyzed from the aspects of practical ability training,vocational accomplishment,reduction of investment and professional construction,etc. Taking the school enterprise cooperation of Xi＇an Eurasia University as an example,it explores the construction and practice of the training bases in schools and practical measures in the areas of curriculum construction,dual-professional training,and professional certification. To provide reference for the construction of communication engineering professional training bases in similar institutions,with a view to promoting the continued development of the profession.
