摘要 骨骼肌是人类运动的基础,也是人体重要的能量储存器官。测量全身肌肉体积是对人体营养状态进行评级的常用方法,而局部特定肌群的体积测量在组织缺损的外科修复、术前及术后的评估中都具有重要意义。根据临床目的不同,可选的测量方法也不尽相同。本文对常见的骨骼肌体积测量方法及各方法的优点、局限和适用范围进行综述。 Skeletal muscle is the foundation of human movement and also an important organ for energy storage.Measurement of the whole-body muscle mass is a common method for grading patients' nutritional status, while the measurement of specific local muscle groups is of great significance in surgical repair, preoperative and postoperative evaluation in patients with tissue defects. The measurement methods should be chosen according to different clinical purposes. In this paper, the common methods and their advantages, limitations and scope of application were all reviewed.
