心理疏导缓解颈椎术后急性精神障碍的临床观察

Clinical Study of Psychological Counseling in Alleviating Acute Mental Disorders after Cervical Spine Surgery

目的探究心理疏导对颈椎术后引发急性精神障碍的患者的治疗效果及研究。方法整理分析平煤神马医疗集团总医院从2016年5月~2017年1月的颈椎术后引发急性精神障碍患者的相关临床资料,随机抽取24例,进行专业的心理疏导及明确性的个体化护理。结果经过科学有效的疏导护理,24例患者的精神状况均出现明显的改善,急性精神障碍的症状逐渐消失,7~20天后均完全恢复。结论颈椎术后的患者极易并发急性精神障碍,通过针对性的心理疏导能够有效地缓解,效果显著。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and study of psychological counseling on patients with acute mental disorder after cervical vertebra operation. Methods The related clinical data of patients with acute mental disorders following cervical spine surgery from May 2016 to January 2017 were analyzed. 24 cases were randomly selected to conduct professional psychological counseling and specific individualized nursing. Results After scientific and effective nursing care, the mental status of 24 patients was significantly improved, the symptoms of acute mental disorders gradually disappeared, and all of them recovered completely after 7-20 days. Conclusion The patients after cervical vertebra operation were very easy to be complicated with acute mental disorders, which could be effectively relieved through targeted psychological counseling, and the effect was remarkable.
