泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效分析

Comparative Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Pantoprazole and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Senile Peptic Ulcers

目的对比分析泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法筛选由本院收治的老年消化性溃疡患者522例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将研究对象平均分为对照组和实验组。两组患者在服用阿莫西林进行治疗的同时,对照组患者口服奥美拉唑进行治疗,实验组患者口服泮托拉唑进行治疗。连续服用4周后,对比两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、腹痛症状消失时间,以及用药总成本和治疗总有效率的比值。结果两组患者采用不同的药物治疗后,总有效率间无显著性差异(P>0.05),实验组患者采用泮托拉唑治疗后,不良反应发生率、患者腹痛症状消失时间和用药总成本与总有效率的比值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑在消化性溃疡的治疗中相比较,具有疗效好、见效快、不良反应发生率低、价格经济实惠等特点,更适合老年消化性溃疡患者使用。

Objective The clinical efficacy of pantoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcers in the elderly was compared and analyzed. Methods 522 cases of elderly patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and the subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table. The two groups were treated with amoxicillin, while the control group was treated with omeprazole. The patients in the experimental group were treated with pantoprazole. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions, the time of abdominal pain disappeared, the ratio of total cost and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups after different drug treatment（P 0.05）. After treatment with pantoprazole, the incidence of adverse reactions, the time of abdominal pain symptoms disappeared, the total cost and the total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Pantoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer had good curative effect, quick response, low incidence of adverse reactions, affordable and other characteristics, which was more suitable for elderly patients with peptic ulcer.
