心脏瓣膜置换术后再次手术患者的围手术期护理的效果观察

The Effect of Perioperative Care of Patients Undergoing Cardiac Valve Replacement was Observed

目的对心脏瓣膜置换术后再次手术的患者给予围术期护理的临床效果进行分析。方法选取郑州市第七人民医院2015年4月~2017年7月收治的84例心脏瓣膜置换术后再次手术的患者为研究目标,以住院尾号单双号的形式将其分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,护理组实施针对性的护理,对护理后的手术效果、并发症的发生率、护理满意度以及其心理焦虑、抑郁评分(SAS、SDS评分)进行分析。结果护理后,护理组的手术效果(95.23%)、并发症发生几率(2.46%),护理满意度(92.86%),对照组上述指标分别为(78.57%、23.81%、71.43%),与对照组相比存在差异(P<0.05);同时相比于护理组心理焦虑评分(50.41±1.28)和抑郁评分(0.38±0.21),对照组的心理焦虑评分(54.63±4.86)和抑郁评分(0.59±0.24)较高(P<0.05)。结论心脏瓣膜置换术后再次手术对患者的影响较大,给予围术期针对性的护理能够显著提高其治疗效果,减少并发症的发生,效果显著。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of perioperative nursing in patients undergoing reoperation after heart valve replacement. Methods Totally 84 patients in our hospital who underwent heart valve replacement surgery were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to single and double number of hospital tail number. The control group was given routine nursing care, The postoperative nursing outcomes, incidence of complications, satisfaction with nursing, and their psychological anxiety and depression scores（SAS, SDS score） were analyzed. Results After treatment, results of operations care group was（95.23%）,（2.46%） probability of complications, nursing satisfaction with（92.86%） in the control group, these indicators were（78.57%, 23.81%, 71.43%）, and the presence of the control group differences（P 0.05）; while care compared to the group of psychological anxiety score（50.41±1.28） and depression score（0.38±0.21）, psychological anxiety score of the control group（54.63 ± 4.86） and depression scores（ 0.59±0.24） higher（P 0.05）. Conclusion Reoperation after heart valve replacement has a great impact on patients. Perioperative nursing can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications, and the effect is significant.
