摘要
核心自我评价作为一种高阶人格特质,探究其对员工行为的影响对企业管理具有重要意义。基于社会交换理论和特质激活理论,采用问卷调查法考察核心自我评价、工作满意度和工作自主性对员工创新行为的影响,回归分析结果表明:核心自我评价对创新行为有显著的正向预测作用,工作满意度在其中起到部分中介的作用。另外,工作自主性调节核心自我评价与创新行为之间的关系为:工作自主性越高,二者正向关系越强。
Core self-evaluation, as a high-level personality trait, exploring its impact on employee behavior, is of great importance for enterprise management. Based on the social exchange theory and trait activation theory, the questionnaire survey was used to examine the impact of core self-evaluation, job satisfaction and job autonomy on employee innovation behavior. The findings of regression analysis show that the core self-evaluation has a significant positive effect on the innovation behavior, and job satisfaction plays a part intermediary role. In addition, the work autonomy mediates the relationship between core self-evaluation and innovative behavior, the higher the autonomy of the work, the stronger the positive relationship between them.
