高校创新创业教育生态环境评价体系研究——基于群组G2法的分析

Research on the Ecological Environment Evaluation System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Universities——Based on the Group G2 Method

创新创业教育生态环境是激发高校创新创业的关键因素和重要保障,高校创新创业教育生态环境评价体系为高校创新创业教育改革的稳步推进提供了目标导向依据。在阐释了评价指标体系构建依据的基础上,从创新创业平台支撑环境、创新创业教育资源配置环境和创新创业教育成果三个方面,构建高校创新创业教育生态环境评价指标体系。在此基础上,基于研究的问题,引入群组G2法作为评价方法,完成了评价指标赋权。然后结合指标体系特点,应用非线性加权法完成了评价模型设计,最终构建了高校创新创业教育生态环境评价体系。基于赋权结果确定的影响高校创新创业教育生态环境的关键因素,提出了优化高校创新创业教育生态环境的措施。

It is inevitable for universities to carry out the ecological environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The ecological environment evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities provides a goal-directed basis to promote scientific development. According to the basis of evaluation index construction, we construct the evaluation index system from three aspects, including the platform environment, the resource allocation environment and the output of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which is regarded as a complicated systematic engineering in this paper. Based on that, the group G2 method and non-linear weighted method are respectively applied to the empowerment of evaluation and the design of the evaluation model. In this way, the construction of this evaluation system is completed. Finally, based on the empirical results, we put forward specific measures to perfect the ecological environment of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
