梵净山区域竹荪氨基酸含量及其主成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 以梵净山地区思南县、江口县、印江县、石阡县人工栽培的竹荪为原料,测定其氨基酸成分,采用化学计量学表征不同产地竹荪氨基酸含量,并运用主成分分析法对不同地区竹荪氨基酸含量进行分析,排序。结果表明:梵净山竹荪富含蛋氨酸,含量为1 609~2 233mg/100g,限制性氨基酸为赖氨酸,石阡竹荪氨基酸含量更高,含量为13 238 mg/100g,为竹荪开发提供科学依据和理论基础。 The amino acid composition of dictyophora from Fanjing Mountain region in sinan county, jiangkou county, yinjiang county and shiqian county was analyzed in this paper. The amino acid content of Dictyophora in different habitats was characterized by stoichiometry. The content of amino acids in Dictyophora was analyzed and sorted by principal component analysis(PCA). The results showed that the content of total amino acid of Dictyophora from Fanjing Mountain was 1 609~2 233 mg/100 g, the restriction amino acid was lysine, and it's content was 13 238 mg/100 g. The amino acid content of Dictyophora in shiqian county was higher than others. This study could provide scientific basis and theoretical guidance for the development of Dictyophora.
