摘要
针对机械式电风扇应用存在的问题,结合实际应用需求,设计了一款更加直观、人性化的多功能温控风扇。主控单片机参考温度传感器采集的环境温度,与用户设定范围比较分析,进而完成自动选档和对电机转速快慢的控制。电机驱动采用H桥驱动方式,结合PWM控制技术,实现了电风扇不同风速的自动调节,并采用Proteus对其进行了仿真。另外,系统还具有温度显示和声光报警等功能。通过实际应用表明,该系统具有稳定性好、控制精度高、方便实用等优点。
Aiming at some problems that are about the application of the mechanical electric fan. Combined with practical application requirement,a new multi-function temperature control fan is designed that is more visual and more humanity. The environment temperature that is collected by temperature sensor is a reference for MCU. Auto level choice and the control for the rate fast and slow are completed through comparison and analysis with user setting range. H-Bridge driving mode is used as motor drive. Combined with PWM control technique, automatic regulation is realized to different wind of electric fan. And it is simulated by used Proteus. In addition,there are temperature display and acoustooptic alarm etc. The application result shows that the system has many advantages,for example, good stability,high controling precision, convenient and useful and so on.
