提高硫酸装置的热回收率

摘要 介绍了几种典型的提高硫酸装置热回收率的工艺。凯密迪公司开发了硫酸装置二次热能的回收工艺ALPHA~?系统,该系统主硫酸装置独立运行,提高热回收效率的同时提高系统的安全性;奥图泰公司开发了适用于老硫酸厂和新建硫酸厂的HEROS^(TM)热回收系统,该系统的核心是吸收工序,附有F Di双操作系统和自控系统PORS,可以提高蒸汽产量;诺拉姆公司开发了NORAM SX^(TM)合金酸冷却器,提高热回收率的同时延长设备使用寿命。 Several typical processes for increasing the heat recovery rate of sulphuric acid plant are introduced.Chemetics has developed the ALPHA R recovery process for the for the secondary heat of the sulphuric acid plant,which operates independently to improve the efficiency of the heat recovery while improving the safety of the system.HEROSTM heat recovery system of Outotec is developed for the old sulphuric acid plant and the new sulphuric acid plant.The core of the system is the absorption process.With FiDi dual operating system and automatic control system PORS,the production of steam can be improved; NORAM developed a NORAM SXTM alloy acid cooler to increase the heat recovery and prolong the service life of the equipment.
