烟草叶片组织结构检测的微波快速石蜡制片法研究

Detection of tissue structure of tobacco leaf by microwave rapid paraffin sectioning method

为探究适用于烟草叶片的快速、安全的石蜡制片技术,以烤烟NC55为试材,分别采用常规石蜡制片法和微波快速石蜡制片法制作烟草叶片石蜡切片,对比分析发现,微波快速石蜡制片法快速、安全,可以应用于烟草叶片制作组织切片,作为烟草组织学相关研究新的试验方法。

The objective of this experiment was to explore a rapid and safe paraffin sectioning technology which is suitable for tobacco leaves. In this experiment flue-cured tobacco NC55 was used as tested material. The paraffin sections of tobacco leaves were made by conventional paraffin sectioning method and microwave rapid paraffin sectioning method, respectively. Through comparison, it was found that microwave rapid paraffin sectioning method was fast and safe, which can be applied to preparation of tobacco leaf tissue sections and serve as a new test method for tobacco tissue related researches.
