At present, the social development has entered a new era. The Pearl River Delta relies on the policy advantages of reform and opening up and its economy, technology and culture have been rapidly developed. The cultural industry has become an important part of the Pearl River Delta Region. In the course of continuous development, cultural enterprises, universities and research institutes as the main body all contribute to the common development of science and technology, culture, talents and industries in the Pearl River Delta. The Pearl River Delta Region has become a representative for the development of regional cultural industry by virtue of its good cultural innovation and its great differences with those of eastern, western and northern Guangdong.
