基于温度传感器的补偿柜温度控制器设计

摘要 补偿柜在进行投切时,电容容易发热影响投切,从而影响补偿柜的功能,由此需要控制补偿柜的整体温度。为此特意设计了基于温度传感器的补偿柜温度控制,当温度达到一定程度时,启动风机以降低补偿柜的温度,当温度降到一定程度时,风机停止运转,使补偿柜的温度不超过设定的温度,保证补偿柜的正常运行。 upon switching, the capacitor in the compensation cabinet is easy to generate heat which will affect the switching,thus affect the function of the compensation cabinet; therefore, it is necessary to control the overall temperature of the compensation cabinet. For this reason, the temperature control of the compensation cabinet based on the temperature sensor is specially designed. When the temperature reaches a certain degree, the fan will start automatically to reduce the temperature of the compensation cabinet. When the temperature drops to a certain extent, the fan will stop running so that the temperature of the compensation cabinet does not exceed the set temperature. In this way, the normal operation of the compensation cabinet can be ensured.
