基于SDDI循环的“4431”内部质量保证体系运行机制研究——以清远职业技术学院为例

Research on the operation mechanism of "4431" internal quality assurance system based on SDDI cycle

高职院校在落实诊改工作中存在自主诊改机制不完善、质量督导体系不全面、组织机构和队伍不健全和反馈机制效率不理想等问题。围绕学校发展目标,我们构建了基于SDDI循环的"4431"高职院校内部质量保障运行机制,对学校管理、专业建设、课程建设、教师发展和学生发展等五个层面的质量生成实施全面的监督和管理,明确工作目标、工作标准,规范工作流程和诊断与改进方法,使得学校具备内部质量自我保证能力,促进教学管理水平和人才培养质量持续提升。

There are some problems in the implementation of medical reform in higher vocational colleges, such as the imperfect mechanism of independent diagnosis and reform, the incomplete quality supervision system, the unsound organization and the team and the poor efficiency of the feedback mechanism. According to the school development goal, we build the internal quality guarantee operation mechanism of ＂4431＂ Higher Vocational Colleges Based on SDDI cycle, and carry out comprehensive supervision and management on the quality generation of the five levels of school management, professional construction, curriculum construction, teacher development and student development, and make clear the work goal, standard of work and standard work. The process and diagnosis and improvement methods make the school have the ability of self assurance of internal quality,and promote the continuous improvement of teaching management level and personnel training quality.
