摘要
采用一级标准物质技术规范要求复制乙丙橡胶门尼粘度标准物质,按照极差法和拟合直线法检验和评价标准物质均匀性和稳定性。经过检验,复制的乙丙橡胶门尼粘度标准物质其均匀性极差法检验的统计量值A分别为1.800、1.875,在0.01的置信水平时,复制的乙丙橡胶标准物质均匀;复制的乙丙橡胶门尼粘度标准物质稳定性检验采用拟合直线法,60个月内乙丙橡胶门尼粘度标准物质稳定。
The technical code requirement of primary reference material was used for duplication of standard substance of Mooneyviscosity of ethylene propylene rubber,the homogeneity and stability of the standard substance were inspected and evaluatedaccording to Range method and the fitting line method.Through inspection,the statistical magnitude A of homogeneity rangemethod inspection of the duplicated standard substance of Mooney viscosity of ethylene propylene rubber are respectively 1.800 and1.875,the duplicated standard substance of ethylene propylene rubber is homogeneous at the confidence level of 0.01.The stabilityinspection of duplicated standard substance of Mooney viscosity of ethylene propylene rubber used fitting line method,and theduplicated standard substance of Mooney viscosity of ethylene propylene rubber became stable within 60 months.
