摘要
目前国内碳三加氢催化剂没有成熟的在线再生工艺,为了保持碳三加氢催化剂活性和MAPD的转化率,延长催化剂的使用周期,某乙烯装置利用Robust-IC智能控制系统结合大数据分析方法,对碳三加氢反应器操作条件进行优化,使单台反应器催化剂的使用周期延长近12个月,节约了催化剂运行成本。
At present,the domestic C3 catalyst hydrogenation catalyst has no mature on-line regeneration process.In order tomaintain the activity of C3 catalyst hydrogenation catalyst and the conversion rate of MAPD,extend the service cycle of catalyst,anethylene plant used Robust-IC intelligent control system combining big data analysis method to perform optimization of C3 hydrogenation reaction operation condition,which made the service cycle increased by nearly 12 months,and saved the catalystoperation cost.
