摘要
LNG罐式集装箱是陆路运输天然气的主要设备,由于运输介质的特殊性,对该类集装箱的强度和应力要求较高。文中应用有限元分析法,得到LNG罐箱在环境温度下、考虑动态惯性力的影响时,其内筒、外筒、内外筒支撑、外筒加强圈以及框架的应力水平及位移情况,并根据标准规范要求判定整体结构设计是否合理及结构强度是否满足要求。
LNG tank container is the main equipment for overland transportation of natural gas.Due to the particularity of themedium transported,the requirement for the strength and stress of this kind of container is high.The finite element analysis wasused in this paper,by which the stress level and displacement situation of its inner tube,outer tube,supports of inner and outertube,outer stiffening ring as well as the frame were obtained when the LNG tank container is under the condition of environmentaltemperature and considering the influence of dynamic inertia force.Based on standard specifications,this paper also determinedwhether or not the integral structure design is rational and the structural strength meet requirement.
