摘要
为了降低原油蒸气压,避免蒸发损耗和环境污染,必须对原油脱水后实施原油稳定工艺。文中对不同原油稳定工艺进行了能耗、建设投资、轻烃产量等方面的比较,得出负压闪蒸只适合以降低原油蒸发损耗为目的原油稳定装置;若原油H2S质量浓度高,在拔出率高的工况下工作,使用分馏工艺经济效益较高。
In order to reduce the vapor pressure of crude oil,avoid evaporation loss and environmental pollution,it is necessary toimplement crude oil stabilization process after crude oil dehydration.This paper made comparison to the energy consumption,construction investment and light hydrocarbon yield of different crude oil stabilization processes,and it was concluded that,thenegative pressure flashing is only suitable for the crude oil stabilization unit with the target of reducing crude oil evaporation loss;ifthe H2 S mass concentration is high,under the working condition of high pull-out,the use of fractionating process has high economicbenefit.
