小鼠心肺功能指标的无创法检测

摘要 采用尾套法和双腔法分别测量小鼠心肺功能的基础数据,为心血管疾病和呼吸系统疾病相关的研究提供参考。采用MC4000血压分析系统和EMKA无创肺功能监测系统,对100只SPF级昆明小鼠心肺功能的21项指标进行检测。收缩压(SBP)为131mmHg±19mmHg,舒张压(DBP)为119mmHg±18mmHg,平均动脉压(MAP)为123mmHg±18mmHg,脉搏(P)为716次/分±73次/分;吸气时间(Ti)为96.29ms±9.93ms,呼气时间(Te)为91.80ms±12.70ms,吸气流峰值(PIF)为1.88mL/s±0.31mL/s,呼气流峰值(PEF)为2.36mL/s±0.32mL/s,潮气量(TV)为0.13mL±0.02mL,最大呼气量(EV)为0.13mL±0.03mL,间歇时间(RT)为52.62ms±5.97ms,每分通气量(MV)为42.02mL±6.11mL,呼吸频率(f)为323.78bpm±36.09bpm,吸气末期停顿(EIP)为1.79ms±0.35ms,呼气末期停顿(EEP)为12.72ms±2.50ms,暂时停顿(Pau)为0.75±0.12,支气管收缩程度(Penh)为0.95±0.17,延迟时间(dT)为2.89 ms±1.20ms,特殊气道阻率(SRaw)为2.81cm±1.18cm H_2O.s,特殊气道导率(SGaw)为0.46L/cm±0.22L/cm H_2O.s,呼气中期流速(EF50)为2.14mL/s±0.35 mL/s。试验同时发现,昆明小鼠肺功能部分指标在不同时间段和不同性别之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。首次采用无创方式测得昆明小鼠心肺功能的多项指标,可为心血管疾病及呼吸系统疾病的研究和相关标准的制定提供基础资料。 The experiment used the methods of double cavity and tail set to measure the basic data of lung and cardiac functions in mice,so as to provide the reference for the study of respiratory diseases and cardiovascular diseases.Enterprisi EMKA noninvasive lung function monitoring system and MC4000 blood pressure analysis system were used to measure 21 indicators of lung and cardiac functions in 100 SPF KM mice.The experimental results showed that systolic blood pressure(SBP)was 131 mmHg±19 mmHg;diastolic blood pressure(DBP)was 119 mmHg±18 mmHg;mean arterial pressure(MAP)was 123 mmHg±18 mmHg;pulse(P)was 716 beats/min±73 beats/min;inspiratory time(Ti)was 96.29 ms±9.93 ms;expiratory time(Te)was 91.80 ms±12.70 ms;peak inspiratory flow(PIF)was 1.88 mL/s±0.31 mL/s;peak expiratory flow(PEF)was 2.36 mL/s±0.32 mL/s;tidal volume(TV)was 0.13 mL±0.02 mL;maximum volume(EV)was 0.13 mL±0.03 mL;rest time(RT)was 52.62 ms±5.97 ms;minute ventilation(MV)was 42.02 mL±6.11 mL;breathing frequency(f)was 323.78 bpm±36.09 bpm;endinspiratory pause breathing(EIP)was 1.79 ms±0.35 ms;end expiratory pause breathing(EEP)was 12.72 ms±2.50 ms;temporary pause(Pau)was 0.75±0.12;bronchoconstriction(Penh)was 0.95±0.17;delay time(dT)was 2.89 ms±1.20 ms;special airway resistance(SRaw)was 2.81 cm±1.18 cm H_2O.s;specific airway conductance(SGaw)was 0.46 L/cm±0.22 L/cm H_2O.s;mid expiratory flow velocity(EF50)was 2.14 mL/s±0.35 mL/s.As the same time,results found that the difference of partial lung function in KM mice was statistically significant in different time points and genders.This experiment for the first time measured a number of indicators in KM mice for noninvasive lung and cardiac functions,which provided basic information for the study on the respiratory system diseases and cardiovascular diseases and the relevant standard formulation.
