免疫与感染细粒棘球绦虫对Beagle犬血液生理生化指标的影响

Effects of Immunization and Challenge with Protoscoleces of Echinococcus granulosus on Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes in Beagle Dogs

摘要 分析了Beagle犬免疫细粒棘球绦虫EgM家族的2个重组蛋白(EgM9和EgM123)及人工反复感染原头蚴对其血液生理生化指标造成的影响。结果显示,免疫并未引起血液各项指标出现差异;感染引致极小部分指标出现显著差异,与免疫相比结果同之。提示EgM蛋白作为候选疫苗是安全的,驱虫药物的反复服用也没有表现出明显的毒副作用,也暗示免疫和反复感染与血液生理生化指标之间未发现确切的统计学关联性,且侧面印证了Beagle犬在封闭饲养环境下已经形成了生长期血液生理生化指标具有相对稳定性的特征。 This paper analyzed changes of blood physiological and biochemical data between the grouped Beagle dogs immunized by two recombinant proteins(EgM9 and EgM123)from EgM family and repeatedly challenged with protoscoleces(PSCs)of Echinococcus granulosus.The results showed that the immunization did not lead to differences in blood markers,multiple infections of PSCs caused significant difference in few indexes,and the similar results appeared compared to the immunization.It is prompted that EgM proteins are safe as vaccine candidates,and repeatedly taking deworming drugs showed no apparent toxic effects.These potentially implied that there were no exact statistical correlations between immunity or repeated infections and blood indexes,and Beagle dogs raised in a closed environment have already formed the feature of relative stable blood physiological and biochemical indexes in the growing period.
