河北部分猪场猪源大肠埃希菌的耐药性分析 被引量:4

Antimicrobial Resistance Analysis of Escherichia coli Isolated from Some Swine Farms in Hebei Province

摘要 为了解河北省规模猪场大肠埃希菌耐药情况,从河北省9个地区规模化猪场采集肠拭子,通过分离鉴定获得240株大肠埃希菌。采用微量肉汤稀释法测定了13种常用抗菌药物对分离菌株的最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC),以美国临床检验标准委员会(NCCLS)临界浓度作为判定标准,并统计耐药率。结果表明,多数菌株对氨苄西林、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢噻呋、丁胺卡那霉素、左氧氟沙星不敏感,耐药率分别为99.58%、98.75%、90.08%、78.75%及98.33%;全部菌株对大观霉素、多西环素、氟苯尼考、磺胺六甲氧嘧啶、恩诺沙星、乙酰甲喹、黏菌素耐药;对美罗培南的耐药率为3.81%。 To understand the drug resistance to E.coli in scale pig farms in Hebei province,this study collected intestinal swab from scale pig farms of nine districts,240 strains of E.coli were obtained through the isolation and identification.The minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of 13 commonly used antimicrobial agents against isolated strains were determined by broth microdilution method,the critical concentration was determined by the United States Clinical Laboratory Standards Board(NCCLS),and the rate of drug resistance was statistically determined.The results showed that most strains were not sensitive to ampicillin,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,cephalosporins,thiamethoxam injunctions,amikacin,levofloxacin,the rates of drug resistance were 99.58%,98.75%,65%,78.75%,98.33%,respectively;All of the strains were resistant to spectinomycin,doxycycline,florfenicol,sulfadiazine,enrofloxacin,maquindox,colistin;the drug resistance rate was 3.81%to meropenem.
