摘要
为实现吊卡的机械化操作,解决修井作业中人力占用多、劳动强度大以及工作效率低等缺点,设计了机械化吊卡转运装置。在完成总体结构以及尺寸设计的基础上,应用ANSYS软件对转运平台面及连接板处所受应力、应变和变形情况进行了分析,结果表明新设计转运平台的强度和变形满足要求,设计合理,可以实现吊卡转运的机械化。
In order to realize the mechanized operation of elevators and reduce operators,it designs mechanized elevators transfer device. On the basis of the general structure and the dimension design,it analyzes the stress and strain,the deformation of the platform and the connection plate in ANSYS software. The result shows that the strength and deformation of the platform meet the requirements,the design is reasonable,and can realize the mechanization of elevators transfer,and have certain promotion prospect.
