齿轮齿条钻机相似模型样机设计 被引量:1

Design on the similarity model machine of the rack-pinion drilling rig

摘要 针对中浅层油气井开采所用齿轮齿条钻机的结构特点和功能原理,综合运用Solid Works建模与ANSYS有限元分析方法,建立了齿轮齿条在不同危险啮合位置时的瞬时静态三维有限元接触模型,分析得到齿轮齿条在相应位置的应力分布情况。在钻机模型方案的基础上,通过相似理论方法,按照几何相似比为0.1,研制了一套齿轮齿条钻机模型试验台。针对正常工况及非正常工况,采用正交试验法开展了传动机构应力测量和振动测量试验研究。结果表明:不同工况下实验数据所体现的传动机构力学特性规律与理论仿真分析的结果相吻合,进一步验证了齿轮齿条钻机设计方案的可行性,并为后续的优化设计工作提供了有效依据。 Based on the structure characteristic and function principle of original rack-pinion drilling rig used in middle and shallow oil and gas wells,it applies Solidwork modeling and ANSYS system to build the instantaneous static finite element contact models at different dangerous meshing positions,analyzes the stress distribution of the rack and pinion at the corresponding position. Based on the geometric similarity ratio 0. 1 with similar theoretical method,it takes a test bed of the rack and pinion drill model. Under the normal conditions and abnormal conditions,it analyzes the transmission mechanism's stress measurement and vibration measurement. The results indicate that the mechanical characteristics of the transmission system are agreed well with the theoretical simulation analysis. The design scheme of the rack-pinion drilling rig is feasible,and it also provides an effective basis for the following optimization design work.
