摘要
综合利用宏观形貌分析、电镜扫描、显微观测及理化检验等手段,对某设备的M30×490mm拉杆螺栓断裂原因进行分析。分析结果表明:拉杆螺栓原料在冷拉拔过程中硬度高的条带因变形困难,产生横向微裂纹;在淬火应力作用下微裂纹进一步扩展;安装时在拧紧力的作用下,裂纹迅速扩展并导致拉杆螺栓断裂。
Based on the utilization of macro analysis,scanning electron microscope,microscopic observation and physicochemical test methods,it analyzes a certain equipment M30 × 490 mm rod bolt fracture. The results show that the rod bolt fracture is divided into three stages. The first stage,the high hardness in the process of cold dial stripe for deformation difficult,transverse micro cracks; the second stage under the effect of quenching stress micro cracks further expand,the third stage is in tight force and the action of crack expanding quickly,that causes the rod bolt fracture.
