面向设计产业链的需求服务映射及评价算法

摘要 为了满足用户个性化产品设计需求、对接优质设计服务资源以及提升设计过程中的服务质量,基于云服务平台运行机制开发一种面向设计产业链的需求与服务映射云服务平台。根据服务资源描述框架和模糊语义相似度算法构建设计产业链需求与服务映射模型;分析了一些设计公司的需求,提出业务服务协同管理模型;最后利用统计得到服务质量数据,根据线性回归方程计算出服务评价各项指标等。结合实际案例对平台进行应用,并筛选出最优服务方。验证表明,上述算法和模型实现了对需求服务的匹配和设计服务方的客观评价。 In order to meet the design requirement of personalized products,provide quality design service resources,and improve the service quality in the process of product designing,this paper developed a cloud services platform for matching demands and services oriented designing chain using the cloud service platform operation mechanism. Firstly,it bulit a model for matching demands and services oriented designing chain by the service resource description frameword( RFD) and the fuzzy semantic similarty algorithm. Secondly,it proposed a model for business service collaborative management by analyzing some demands from designing companys. At last,it calculated the services evalution indexs using statistical services data and the linear regression equation. It applied in the platform by combining with actual cases,and selected the best server. Experiment shows that the proposed arithmetic and models can realize matching demands and services and giving objective evaluation to designers.
