Ways to Develop Leading Cadres' Thinking of Rule of Law

领导干部法治思维的养成事关法治政府能否如期建成。现实中大量领导干部固守传统思维,法治思维薄弱,解决社会转型时期的新型矛盾时往往力不从心。要养成法治思维,各级领导干部首先需要重视和发挥法制专业机构的作用,确保良法善治;其次要积极出庭参加行政诉讼,发现并改正执法问题;最后,要自觉接受依法行政考核和评价,检验法治思维是否养成。

The formation of leading cadres＇ rule of law thinking is related to whether the government of the rule of law can be completed on schedule.In reality,a large number of leading cadres who have weak rule of law thinking stick to traditional thinking and often fail to solve new contradictions in the period of social transformation.In order to develop the thinking of the rule of law,leading cadres at all levels should first attach importance and play the role of legal professional institutions and ensure the good governance of the law;secondly,they should actively participate in the administrative proceedings,find and correct the law enforcement problems;finally,they should consciously accept the administrative examination and evaluation according to law,and examine the cultivation of the thinking of the rule of law.
