Study of Vehicle Body Platform Design Strategy

为适应整车平台化拓展,本文对车身平台化设计及兼容性进行研究。车身平台化设计主要通过对前机舱、前地板、后地板三大焊接总成关键部位及关键硬点进行差异化设计和过渡区域预留,以实现同车身平台适应不同的动力总成、底盘悬架以及轮胎等,平台化设计目的尽可能提高零部件的通用化率,以降低开发成本,提高产品的可靠性。

In order to adapt the vehicle platform development, this paper studies the compatibility and design of body body platform.The body platform design mainly through difference designing and keeping transition region of key parts and key points of the engine room assembly, front floor assembly , rear floor assembly, to adapt different power system, chassis suspension and tire, the body platform design object is as far as possible to enhance the currency fact of components,reduce the development cost and improve the dependability the relia-bility of the product.
