摘要
目的用聚酰胺胺对钛表面改性,构建抗菌涂层并初步评估其性能。方法通过聚酰胺胺在钛表面构建抗菌涂层,用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、接触角分析仪等分析表征,模拟体液浸泡检测体外生物活性,观察其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌早期和长期抗菌性能。结果聚酰胺胺成功对钛表面改性且改性钛片有良好的体外生物活性,改性钛片对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有良好的早期和长期抗菌性能。结论聚酰胺胺可以在钛表面构建良好的抗菌涂层。
Objective This article embarks on constructing the anti-bacterial coating by using Polyamidoamine( PAMAM) for modifying the titanium implant surface,then the properties of the coating is accessed. Methods PAMAM was used to construct antibacterial coating on the surface of Titanium. Then,scanning electron microscope( SEM),x-ray energy spectra( EDS) and surface contact angle analyzer were employed to research its characteristics. It was soaked in simulated body fluid( SBF) to detect bioactivity in vitro. Its short/long-term antibacterial property for Staphylococcus aureus and colibacillus were observed. Results PAMAM could modify the surface of Titanium successfully and it has good bioactivity in vitro,The modified Ti sheet possesses good short/long term antibacterial property for Staphylococcus aureus and colibacillus. Conclusion PAMAM can construct a favorable antibacterial coating on the surface of Titanium.
