Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on the Essence of Safety Information and Its Transformation

安全信息对预防控制事故、保障系统和人员安全十分重要,安全信息的认知和利用程度将影响系统的安全。为了揭示安全信息的本质,探究安全信息转化机理,结合信息哲学和信息科学等方面的研究成果,对安全信息的本质和转化进行研究,提出安全信息转化模型,并对安全信息的转化过程进行模糊综合评价。结果表明:具体的安全信息能力是影响安全信息转化状况的首要因素。

Safety information is very important for preventing and controlling accidents,safeguarding systems and personnel safety. The degree of safety information cognition and use will affect the safety of system. In order to reveal the essence of safety information and explore the mechanism of safety information transformation,combination the research results of information philosophy and information science to study the essence and transformation of safety information. A safety information transformation model was proposed and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the safety information transformation process was conducted. The results indicate that the specific safety information ability is the primary factor to affect the safety information transformation.
