基于DEMATEL的企业知识产权能力影响因素识别分析

Identification and Analysis of Influence Factors for Enterprise Intellectual Property Capacity Based on DEMATEL

企业知识产权活动受多方面因素影响,开展企业知识产权能力关键影响因素识别分析具有重要的现实意义。本文在文献调研和专家访谈的基础上构建了企业知识产权能力影响因素指标体系,应用DEMATEL方法对原因因素和结果因素进行了分析,识别出企业知识产权能力的关键影响因素。研究结果显示:知识产权的先进程度、知识产权的创新转化能力、企业创新氛围、知识产权的研发资金投入、创新人员待遇和创新人员配备等是影响企业知识产权能力的核心与关键因素;知识产权的先进程度是最根本的原因因素,管理人员配备是最根本的结果因素;需要从技术、资金投入、人员待遇和配置、市场、国家政策和社会环境等方面入手,提升企业知识产权能力。

Enterprise intellectual property is a complex activity which is affected by many factors,identifying and determining the key factors have great practical significance. Based on research and questionnaire survey,the enterprises intellectual property influence factor indexes are built,the reason and result factors are analyzed by DEMATEL method,and the key influencing factors are identified in this paper. The result shows that： the advanced level of intellectual property,the ability of innovation and transformation of intellectual property,the atmosphere of enterprise innovation,the investment in research and development of intellectual property rights,staff treatment and innovation personnel are the key factors of enterprise intellectual property capabilities;the advanced level of intellectual property is the ultimate reason factor,management personnel is the ultimate result factor. Technology,capital investment,personnel treatment and allocation,market,national policy and social environment need to be promoted for improving the intellectual property capacity.
