摘要
概要地介绍了30年来从精益生产到智能制造的制造模式的演变过程。对未来工厂的概念和特征进行了描述。提出未来工厂是基于工业互联网或物联网的工厂,而且是相互依存的利益共同体,即"互联共生"的新概念。讨论了未来工厂是基于模型的工厂,传统的基于经验的制造将向基于科学的制造转变,工厂的内涵将发生本质性的变化,工厂不仅生产物理的产品,而且提供产品全生命周期的服务,数字线程和数字双胞胎将成为产品生命周期重要组成部分。最后介绍了奥迪公司对未来工厂的设想。
In this paper,the evolution process in the past 30 years,from lean production to intelligent manufacturing today is introduced briefly. Then the concept and characteristics of the future factories are described. The factories of future are not only based on industrial Internet or Internet of things,but also interdependes on community of interests,a new concept"connected mutual factories". The factories of future is model-based factory,the traditional manufacturing by experience change to science-based manufacturing,and the essential change appears in its content. The physical products are not only produced,but also served in full lifecycle of operation,and digital threads and digital twins become important contents of the product lifecycle. Finally,the Audi future smart faction is presented.
