摘要 为了较为准确地预测薄壁盒形件的装夹变形量,研究了不同误差形式下薄壁盒形件的真空吸附装夹变形趋势,设计了装夹变形数值求解和有限元仿真求解的具体流程,形成了比较完整的薄壁盒形件真空吸附装夹变形求解算法,通过实例验证了本方法的有效性,并为盒形类零件的装夹变形分析提供理论支持,为装夹误差控制及夹具设计提供参考。 To predict the clamping deformation of the thin-walled box-shaped pieces more accurately,this paper researches on the trend of vacuum absorption clamping deformation of thin-walled box-shaped pieces,proposes the specific procedure of mathematical calculation and finite element simulation for the clamping deformation and forms its more complete algorithm under the condition of vacuum absorption,then verifies its effectireness. The theoretical support is provided for analyzing the clamping deformation of the box-shaped pieces and the inference is given to controlling the clamping errors of the box-shaped pieces and designing the fixture.
