摘要
先进的复合材料已经在航空航天行业乃至整个工业领域都取得了极大的普及。复合材料性能复杂,在使用过程中对损坏的板料修复,采用动态应变测量系统对层合板损伤修复前后进行测量,使用补片胶接的方法进行修复,在不同频率不同孔径条件下观察应变波形和幅值的变化,从而评估修复性能的状态。
Advanced composite materials are widely used in the field of aerospace industry and the whole industry. Due to the complex of composite material property,this paper uses the dynamic strain measurement system in the process of repairing the damaged metal sheet to measure the repaired composite laminates before and after and then uses the patch adhesive bonding method to repair and observes the strain waveform and amplitude changes under different frequencies and different aperture to evaluate the repared material structure.
