摘要 提出了D530车身生产线的改善方案,运用秒表测时方法测定流水线各工位的作业时间,找出影响流水线生产能力的瓶颈工位,运用"5W1H"提问技术和工作研究方法,分析流水线在设备能力、任务分配、工艺内容等方面存在的问题。应用工作研究方法及流水线平整理论提高D530车身生产线的生产效率。实践证明改进效果明显。 The improvement scheme is proposed for D530 Body Production line. The work time of various stations in production lines is measured by the manual time-keeping method and the stations having an effect on the production capacity are found out. Problems existing in equipment capacity,task distribution and technology are analyzed by using the 5 W1 H check list and Work Study method. The production efficiency is improved greatly by applying this method and the line balancing theory. It is proved the improvement scheme can be used to obtain the obvious effect.
