摘要
基于多体动力学软件UM建立了某型车单点接触和两点接触的刚柔耦合动力学模型。分析了该车辆系统通过曲线时单点接触和两点接触模型1位轮对的横向位移、接触角、横向力、垂向力、脱轨系数等动力学指标差异。研究车辆系统在曲线通过的轮对最大横向位移、接触角、垂向力、脱轨系数等动力学指标时,当曲线半径在400~1 000 m时,建议采用两点接触模型,当曲线半径>1 000 m时可采用单点接触模型;研究车辆系统在曲线通过时的轮对横向力,建议采用两点接触模型。
This paper establishes a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of single point and two-point contact based on multi-body dynamics software UM and analyzes the dynamic indexes between two kinds of contact models when the vehicle passes through a winding rood. When the radius of the winding road is 400 ~ 1 000 m,it proposes to adopt the two point contact model and when the radius is larger than 1 000 m,to use the single point contact model and recommends the use of two point contact model to study the lateral force of the wheel pair when the vehicle passes through the winding road.
